I'm working with a guy that used to work for SourceCode. Unfortunately he's not here today. We are also using K2, when you have K2 installed you will have a help file. I can send it to you, but it is 4.5 MB, any suggestions?
I sent you an installation tutorial.

Stumbled onto this the other day: http://weblogs.asp.net/mnissen/archive/2004/12/03/274207.aspx

Know 2 other guys that just started working at SourceCode, will keep my eyes and ears peeled :)

I’ll address your questions in the order you posted them.

1. K2/BTS tutorials: The K2 training material contains a thorough chapter on the K2/BTS integration and includes a solution walkthrough that should address all the questions you have. If you’d like to get your hands on the training material please feel free to contact me on the detail below and we’ll get a DVD with all the training material shipped to you. We also have a number of sources of information available through our partner and customer portal. These include a Knowledge Base with an ever growing number of articles, a discussion forum where you can interact with the K2 developer community, up to date help files and technical white papers.

2. The relationship between K2 and BTS: K2 (headquartered out of Seattle) is working closely with Microsoft’s E-Biz team in Redmond to ensure even closer future alignment between K2 and BizTalk. This includes the sharing of non public technologies, concepts, experience and R&D efforts. Each organization, however will continue to own its own intellectual property with closely aligned commercialization strategies throughout the world.

Cool site - K2 will not be part of the next version of BizTalk. K2 will be lucky to survive beyond niche status the end of 2006. Unless they diversify or get acquired, their days are short. It's no secret Microsoft has to get into this market - just google on Gates and Ballmer's recent comments regarding workflow. You'll see for yourself how this movie will play out.

Redmond won't acquire K2 and they won't make K2 a part of BizTalk, even though K2 is hoping for that and they even allude to it in calls. The chaps from Teamplate were incredibly smart to sell when they did at the valuation they got. We have sold and serviced both tools. They're equal at the end of the day to us. Even Ascentn's tool is cool. Check it out.

Best to all - TB
