VS2005, O/R Mappers and the ObjectDataSource

Hi there, have you ever tried using Codus or any O/R mapper Objects with VS2005 objectdatasource? Ive got a VS2005 project, and have referenced the Codus dlls.I add a gridview and bind it to an objectdatasrouce which points to the Codus DAO(eg. CustomerDAO). For the select Command I use: SelectAllDS (this works) Is it possible to use Update/Insert/Delete with codus or any other mapper ? i know llGenPro doesnt work? Any help would be appreciated.

Quick Poll: SDLC and Process etc

What is the best methodology in a one developer environment ?
As some of you may know, ive moved across to FNB ( First National Bank). We have many developers, but each has his own project that services other departments.
What would be a good methodology here ? I like SCRUM personally, but not sure if its the best tool for the job.

Opinions ?

Closed-Source

For lack of a better Title.....
Just an idea. Wouldnt it be great if say 10 developers from around South Africa came together to build something that makes them money ?
They would effectively be equal shareholders in each project. Why should the companies we work for make so much money off us ?
The more developers you get per project, the less after hours work you would have to put in, but i guess, the smaller your share of profits are.

K, so....
Who would be interested in such initiatives ? Would such initiatives work ?

MVP Summit

Well, im back. After 27 hours of back wrenching pain im back home, and glad to be back. Thanks to all who made the MVP summit possible. It was a blast. I had so much fun with the Sharepoint/CMS MVP's. More than i care to remember actually. Im never drinking Jack every again.
The Summit has inspired me to put some effort back in again, and so watch this space for new Portal Communities in Africa.
