Quick Poll: SDLC and Process etc

What is the best methodology in a one developer environment ? As some of you may know, ive moved across to FNB ( First National Bank). We have many developers, but each has his own project that services other departments. What would be a good methodology here ? I like SCRUM personally, but not sure if its the best tool for the job. For lack of a better Title..... Just an idea. Wouldnt it be great if say 10 developers from around South Africa came together to build something that makes them money ? They would effectively be equal shareholders in each project. Why should the companies we work for make so much money off us ? The more developers you get per project, the less after hours work you would have to put in, but i guess, the smaller your share of profits are. K, so.... Who would be interested in such initiatives ? Would...
