Man I've been busy in the last few weeks. I've done some serious training for the 94.7. My aim was to beat the pro ladies, which I achieved by 3 minutes. I managed a credible 2 hours 43 minutes. Now I need to define my target for next year's race. But I'll get around to that when I start training again. I've enjoyed a week of eating and drinking like a pig, and plan to continue it to the weekend. Training can wait for Monday, back to the "on the road" by 4:45 in the morning.
I've also been on a very interesting course. Hacking By Numbers Developer Edition, presented by SensePost. I can seriously recommend this course to anyone that need to secure their apps. The course teaches you how to get in, not how to stop attacks. I've always been a firm believer that if you know how to break in something, you'll be better at securing it. And the guys at SensePost really know their game.
