The group of men abducting and gang raping young women in London, said to have "thick South African accents", must be extradited back to South Africa to face the lot of a rapist in a South African jail. Not only is their behaviour disgusting and cowardly, it is also an embarrassment to all South Africans and a liability to those living abroad. Hall of Lame
My Hall of Lame is off to an excellent start, but I should be at the top of the list. I did a find in Outlook for all comments from this blog, looking for the idiotic ones trying to book flights etc. Then I created a new mail folder called Lame. I proceeded to drag each stupid airline comment to that folder, and delete it from the search results list. I was surprised to find the Lame folder empty! Idiots II
In my first Idiots post I mentioned stupid people, but it just doesn't stop. I also mentioned exposing them, and now I am even more determined to get my Hall of Lame set up after an inquiry into my new CPT DBN route. These people seem to be lacking in any ability whatsoever. Shocking
For some reason I can't add any comments to Johann's blog post about cable fighting , so I'm posting my comment here: Lose the sockets. Attach a PLUG to one end of each cable, and then strip 150mm of insulation off only the live (brown) conductor at the other end of each cable. I saw his second last show at Caesar's Palace last night, and... Wow! Wow! Wow! This man is genius, and can sing like I would never have thought. His accompanists comprised a full band; keyboards, guitar (electric and acoustic), a lady doing vocals bongos, shakers etc. bass, and drums, with occasional appearances of two divas of note, and nice to look at as well. These chicks nearly sang the roof off sometimes. Oh yes, and funny like no one else could ever dream of being. I was crying with laughter...

Noise Pollution
Although substandard, I can live with our office not having sound deadening partitions between desks, but yesterday and today have seen my noise frustration levels climb very quickly. Workmen have just installed two new drywall offices on our floor, and yesterday afternoon they spent ages vacuuming up their mess. Today they are sanding down the plaster used on joins, and still fucking vacuuming! I'm trying to design an application, a task which requires creativity and thought (unlike straight coding...
