My mission this evening was to get Virtual Server 2005 R2 x64 to install on Windows Vista RC1 x64 build 5600. Lets just say that I hoped for the best and just ran the setup. After the installation completed with no errors I tried to update to Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1 Beta 2 which adds support for hardware-based virtualisation on my Intel Core 2 Duo processor.
