A while back I ordered myself a copy of TMNT for the Xbox 360 console. What was I thinking at the time, I'm not sure, but if I remember correctly it was quite cheap and would add to my collection so it was worth it. BT Games just announced that the Forza Motorsport 2 time trial tournament that was announced yesterday for their Northgate store has been changed due to an overwhelming response from the community. The tournament has been expanded to include 9 of 10 of their stores. The only store not participating will be the Rustenburg store. Check out the updated invitation here . Microsoft Game Studios knows how to reward gamers with downloadable content. Today sees the release of not only a free title update to improve the gameplay, a free add-on pack called the Free-For-All Pack but they also added the Gettin' Busy Bonus Pack for 800 Microsoft points. Since the Xbox 360 emerged on the local South African market late last year I've started to hear PC gamers complaining about consoles. From letters to the editor of the local NAG magazine to friends and people I meet. Most PC gamers that I've spoken to say that the games cost too much and that the platform doesn't compare to the gaming power of the PC gaming platform. Often I hear the cries from Xbox LIVE members here in South Africa. Microsoft releases an update to the Xbox 360 firmware (aka the Dashboard et al) and you are prompted to download it over the often horrendous South African international bandwidth.
