To Dev or not to Dev

One of my new year's resolutions is to be more pro-active regarding sharing my knowledge, and this is as a good a place as any to start with this. For the last 10+ years I have been involved in the IT industry in some way or another and for the last 3+ I have been actively employed as a Senior Software Developer in various industries. I have been fortunate to work with various exciting projects which has taught me a considerable amount about C#, SQL, ASP.Net as well as other lesser known system like Firebird. I have actively been involved in the development of Windows, Web and PocketPC application in various industries including Motoring, Financial, Travel, Advertising and IT.

I am hoping by posting some of the things I have learnt on my blog, someone else will be able to learn something and apply it practically in their current working environment. I work on various projects and this blog will be a running commentary on what I am doing and what pitfalls and breakthroughs I make on a regular basis in these projects.
