Object reference not set to an instance of an object

MS releases Enterprise Development Reference Architecture V1.1

The new version is now avalible on their gotdotnet workspace.

I must say that this area of work, previous known as ShadowFax, does not seem to get a lot of attention. I wonder what Microsoft's position is on this ? How official is this project as a reference Architecture for Microsoft enterprise projects ?

Microsoft created the patterns & practices group to create software architecture guidance for building business applications using the MS platform. MS invests millions in p&p in hopes of it improving customer satisfaction and success on the MS platform, but since we give it away for free, it doesn't exactly justify having super bowl ads for it. :-)

To download it, you need to join the workspace, and then the releases section is available.
