A company specialising in software development and subsequent commercialization of technology-based solutions to the legal profession and banking clients requires a Business Process Improvement Specialist / Consultant. Preference will be given to candidates with Home Loans / Mortage lending experience.
Requirements:
- The suitable candidate should be very bright, dynamic, self-starting consultants to re-engineer the industries the company is serving and to translate new insight into value for their clients.
- B.Com /B Ing. Industrial engineering or tertiary degree
- Track record in BPR consulting at a leading consulting firm
- Ability to produce process improvements, MIS reports, goal alignment, etc
- Ability to build credibility as the thought leader in the industry
- Address internal and external subject seminars, conferences and client road shows
- The ability to conceptualise business opportunities, solution/service opportunities and strategies on how to pursue them
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with a passion to become an industry leader in a dynamics team.
