Exploring VS2005 by hannes

Last week I finally started exploring VS2005 . I had Beta2 for quite sometime but because of other things happing in my life I did not really got to play with it until now. My first impressing of the IDE is that I like it although a bit slow (hopefully another half a Gig of memory will make some difference soon) and no crashes so far. The MSDN library that shipped with Beta2 seems to be up to date with most topics although there is some topics that needs some more information, but for beta software...

HttpWeb Requests by hannes

Using HttpWeb Request can sometimes be a real nightmare, ask me because it took me two days to get the basic's working. Well here is some help. I have created a base class with two methods. The first method (MakeRequest) accepts my request url and returns the response stream. You will then call the second method ( XmlStreamToDataSet) to convert the response stream to a dataset.
