UML

The position is on a contract basis in the Pretoria area - although Jhb devs are welcome.
This is a very exciting and challenging project and whe need the best!

And anyway, let's face it. While Carl makes some good points, the fact is that in *general cases*, a C# programmer brings a certain level of knowledge and discipline to the table that is quite different than the average VB.NET programmer. Can't dispute that. Sure there are some great VB.NET programmers out there, but they are not the majority.
