Being involved in the IT recruitment game- means that I am always looking for good C# talent for my clients based both in JHB and Cape Town. The trouble is that there seems to be more demand than supply- I have literally hundreds of vacancies and very few competent C# developers.

Any suggestions as to how to how to best source C# talent?
