I still have the 10 e-mails of 2009 of my problems, mainly I couldn't sign in and watch Rugby, and still I await an answer! Today again I had a problem with Kuduclub and I stopped my account, which was immediately stopped as requested. Good riddens....., as all our friends are busy or have already stopped this "service". Advise this can be a great service but once your problems start rather just stop your account because it will take forever to resolve their problems!! Today I know they just want your money with absolute no service - please think carefully before you join

About a year ago I advertised my Dell D620 Notebook PC in the Junkmail for about R5000. I had just have it serviced and all new keyboard and touch pad put in. A guy named Dr. Khumalo phoned me and told he wanted to buy the laptop from me and said he would give me a Bank guaranteed cheque. Stupid as i was back the I accepted the cheque. Went to the bank as quick as I could only to nearly be arrested for fraud. All these scammers come up with some story every time. "I'm in a meeting", "I'm late", "I'm sending someone else to pick up the goods". The first half of my story, now the second. I was out for revenge. I placed another ad in the junkmail with a different number and the same guy phoned me again. This time I had my buddy take all the calls. So we arranged to meet. Of course I knew I was going to be given a fake cheque. I notified the Police but all they could say was that they had insufficient evidence to go with me to make an arrest. So I went there myself with a few hard core buddies. We nearly moered the poor guy to another planet and the took him to the police station, this time with a fraud cheque worth R10 000.00. This is where it gets funny. The police still couldn't arrest him because of lack of evidence. What more do you need? SAPS???? I have my doubts. Another case was about a week ago where I advertised a pair of pro audio speakers for R10 000.00. He deposited a cheque into my account for that amount. for some strange reason R1700.00 of that cheque was cleared but the rest not. I drew the money only to find that I am now in debt of R1700.00. I am truly sick of this nonsense. There should be a law for you to register with your address and ID before you are allowed to buy a junkmail. But this being SA, that still would't be enough.

I have read each and every comment here. I have to say being an expat myself, I have noticed that expat South Africans are very eager to accept all the rules and shortcomings of other countries but as soon as it comes to anything South African, they are very quick to judge. The first thing they would say is that people are "skelm", stealing their money or it's a scam. Just because you are not in SA anymore doesn't mean you have to be negative - you frustrate other people around you being like that - even if they join in your attitude for a while. If you buy something from a shop and you are not happy about it, you return it to that shop and argue until you are happy. What is the difference here? Go to the online shop's support and complain there. By running to other sites and Hello Peter shows bad caracter and if you don't complain to them, how do you expect them to fix it. No need to cancel your cc - just contact them!
