Looking for developer with commercial delphi and C++

I'm not a recruiter. My department is recruiting though.

I'm looking for a developer with these skills:

Skills required
Delphi developer 2+ years experience for product maintenance/new features development
C++ 2/3 years
C# advantageous
XML, COM
Strong Transact-SQL (TSQL), SQL Server 2000+
Knowledge of the software development life-cycle

Location: Johannesburg

Candidates with less experience but who show initiative and enthusiasm will gladly be considered.

Learn about the tax domain whilst maintaining a client/server product written in Delphi and C++. Opportunity exists for product development on the .NET framework using C# developing cross skills in the Company Secretarial domain.
