Language Oriented Programming.

When Sergey Dmitriev (the CEO of JetBrains - the company that developed ReSharper and IntelliJ) writes an article on the possible future direction of software engineering, you know it is going to be interesting stuff. When Fran Bouma calls it "the most insightful article I've read in the last couple of months", you know you should definitely give it a look.

I have got deep into the article twice before deciding i need to recap and start again, but the penny is teetering on the edge of my cranium and I get the sense that with the third attempt it is going to drop into a whole new world of programming possibilities.
