Hi. My name is Kevin, and I am a procrastinator. It has been 30 seconds since my last procrastination. Hey - I see we have a pretty big group here tonight!

This is one of those articles that you need to save in your favourites list and go back and read every couple of months - especially when you are feeling stressed out and weighed under with all the things you need to accomplish. I have actually had it in my Furl! list for over a year, but I have just never got round to blogging it...so maybe it is not that great an article after all...kidding - I highly recommend you read through it - it is probably the most helpful article I have ever read in my life.
