I'd like to see the day where you can, without a doubt, show problems in your environment to some sort of uncorrupt authority. Lets take an example, I'm driving home from a party: I can identify at least 5 different cars that could possible cause a fatal accident. Would those cars still be on the road if anybody could record and report them ? The problem is the "Without a doubt" part ... The most logical way of saying which [$someRelativeTerm] is the best is by having a poll (let the people decide), why the hell can't we mount body powered cameras on everybody and do the same in the real world ?! oh yeah, ms has the patent on that ... and our telecoms are too limited to stream video from all the people ... privacy ? I'd throw away my privacy for safety ... drunk ? nooooo :)
