HP, Intel and Yahoo! has just announced a collaboration regarding creating a cloud computing test bed. Users will be able to build and launch new applications on the platform.The test bed will initially consist of six “centers of excellence” at IDA facilities, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the Steinbuch Centre for Computing of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, HP Labs, Intel Research and Yahoo!.
