BizTalk 2006 And DotNet 3: I had the joy this week of reinstalling my BizTalk 2006 environment. After 3 days of struggling (getting Creation of Adapter FILE configuration store entries failed errors on the runtime configuration) and applying various fixes for this issue, I finally sat down and analyzed my environment. I noticed that .Net Frameworks 3.0 and 3.5 is the only difference between the new environment and some old environments.
