Cloud computing at MS is not just pie in the sky anymore. Day 1 of the PDC did not really deliver any surprises as most of us have been anticipating a huge push for the MS's flavor of cloud computing. What was new, for me at least, was the announcement of Windows Azure - Microsoft's web based OS services. Below is an image that outlines the tech in broad terms.
